Schools Day 2021
Our Schools Day went virtual!
We hosted students from all over Melbourne as our team ran activities in the STEM field. Due to the lockdown in Melbourne, we had to hybridise our day, which made us adapt and overcome challenges.
With more than 50 attendees, our Outreach team were able to make a significant impact on the attendees perception towards plastic. One of the best things we do at PPM is making change in the lives of our community, and by hosting schools days, we not only make a difference, but have a great time doing it.

Elwood Community Market
We attended one of our favourite markets, the local market in Elwood! It was a beautiful autumnal day where we showcased our purchasable recycled plastic products, including tangrams, dog tags, earrings and clocks. The market is ran at the local school in Elwood and featured many other unique and artisan stores. We had meaningful conversations with many attendees and were able to educate the community about our engineering-based research.
