Chess Set
The Precious Plastic chess set consists of eight unique pieces that were designed and created by members of the student team Precious Plastic Monash. The pieces are made of fully recycled Polyethylene that were injected into custom designed aluminium moulds. The board is made of acrylic and engraved with a laser cutter.
Re-Stool
Made from PP, the Re-Stool was Precious Plastic Monash’s debut furniture piece and is available for purchase.
Carabiners
Made out of 100% recycled PP: carabiners that come in the shape of a penguin or a whale.
A pair of earrings created with 100% recycled PLA charms by the Precious Plastic Monash team. Earrings can be single or double charmed in a range of colour and shape options.
Recycled PLA Earrings
Created from LDPE, the soft plastics are flattened down into a single sheet which is then cut and folded into a single card slot wallet. Made out of 8 layers (around 4 plastic bags), this creates a strong and sturdy leather wallet alternative.

A set of 3 tactile symbols that can be installed on bins for the vision impaired to differentiate between each type of bin.
